TCP_CONNECTIONTIMEOUTon macos should have been a separate SocketOption fromUserTimeout, becauseTCP_CONNECTIONTIMEOUTexpects a value in seconds, not milliseconds. Additionally, this socket option is known asTCP_KEEPINITon FreeBSD (also accepting seconds).Sorry for the confusion.
