Add tests for IntervalsActions.js #4861
Description
Current Behavior
turtleactions/IntervalsActions.js currently has 0% test coverage.
There are no unit tests covering its action methods, which makes the logic harder to verify and increases the risk of regressions.

Desired Situation
Add unit tests for turtleactions/IntervalsActions.js following the existing testing patterns in the repository, so that the file has meaningful test coverage and its behavior is validated.
