Setup basic alerting on the following items:

• System load
• CPU usage
• Memory usage
• Disk usage
• Network usage

Another issue will be added to the backlog to setup alerting based on docker containers health.

As it's just collecting the alerts data, I'll just lower the estimates and will create another issue for notification transport.
