for 4 affected Toloka Agents, data have been re-released with tool name truncation issues fixed

• updated jsonl (with Jean-Francois Lavallee's script)
• updated mcp server name configurations in agent solution zip files
• updated mcp server name configuration of deployed agents in research ENV

Also, 3 earliest released Telus agents are re-released aligning with recently updated data release standard

• dir name update with "GO_" prepended
• tool manifest files added
• dvc file tracking updated for bot-config and misc release dir
